2. Description of the Service

- you will comply with applicable laws and platform policies

5. Keyboard Usage and User Responsibility
Chatlator may function as a custom keyboard input method.
When the keyboard is enabled, users acknowledge that text entered may be processed to generate translation results.
Users remain responsible for how they use the keyboard and the information they enter while using the application.
If users are entering sensitive information such as passwords or payment details, they may choose to switch to the device’s default keyboard.
6. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Some features of Chatlator may be available through premium subscription plans.
Subscription plans may include:
- weekly subscription options
- monthly subscription options
- other recurring billing options
Subscription pricing and availability may vary depending on the application version and user region.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The subscription fee will be charged through the platform used to download the application, such as Google Play.
Managing Subscriptions
Users may manage or cancel their subscription through their platform account settings.
For Google Play users, subscriptions can be managed through the Google Play account subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
7. Free Trial
Some versions of the application may offer a free trial for premium features.
If a free trial is offered:
- the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends
- users may cancel the trial at any time before the billing date
Trial availability may vary depending on promotions or region.
8. Advertisements
The application may display advertisements to support free access to the service.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners.
Advertising partners may use device identifiers to deliver relevant advertisements.
Users may manage advertising preferences through device settings.
9. Payments and Refunds
All subscription payments and purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play.
Refund requests must follow the refund policies of the respective platform.
Smarty Labs does not process payment transactions directly and cannot issue refunds outside the platform billing system.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, application design, trademarks, and related content developed by Smarty Labs are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- copy or redistribute the application
- modify or reverse engineer the software
- distribute the application without permission
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services
Chatlator may integrate third-party services such as:

- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Play Services
- translation service APIs
These services may operate according to their own privacy policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation of the application
- error-free functionality
- compatibility with all devices or operating systems
Application features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smarty Labs shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data due to device or system issues
- interruptions in application availability
- misuse of the application by users
Users assume responsibility for how they use the application.
14. Platform Independence
Chatlator is an independent software application.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any messaging platforms, translation providers, or third-party services.
