These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications, websites, and services developed and published by Smarty Labs ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Smarty Labs, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the application.

Your use of our applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Services

Smarty Labs develops and publishes mobile applications distributed through platforms such as the Google Play Store.

Our applications may include features such as:

  • productivity tools
  • device utilities
  • notification-based services
  • media processing tools
  • communication utilities
  • subscription-based premium features

Features may vary depending on the application and region.

Important limitation: Applications that rely on notification monitoring can only process messages and notifications received after the application is installed and permissions are granted. Content received before installation cannot be recovered.

2. User Eligibility

By using our applications you confirm that:

  • you are at least 13 years old
  • if you are between 13 and 18 years old, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the application
  • you have legal authority to agree to these Terms
  • you will comply with applicable laws and platform policies

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Smarty Labs applications to:

  • violate laws or regulations
  • interfere with application functionality
  • reverse engineer or modify the application
  • exploit the service for fraudulent purposes
  • misuse permissions granted by the operating system
  • monitor, track, or surveil another person's communications without their explicit knowledge and consent
  • use the application in any way that constitutes stalking, harassment, or invasion of privacy

Our applications are intended for personal use only — to help you view messages sent to your own device. Any use of our applications to monitor another person's device or communications without their consent is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Application Permissions and Device Access

Certain features may require access to device permissions including:

  • notification access
  • storage or media access
  • internet access
  • camera or microphone access
  • background services

Permissions are requested only when required for application functionality. Users may revoke permissions at any time through device settings.

5. Notification-Based Features

Some Smarty Labs applications rely on notification access to provide certain functionality.

When notification access is enabled:

  • the application may process notifications generated by other applications installed on the device
  • notification processing occurs only to provide requested features to the device owner
  • the application does not bypass encryption or access private messaging servers
  • notification monitoring only captures content received after installation — messages received before installation cannot be retrieved

6. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some Smarty Labs applications may offer premium features through subscription plans.

Subscription plans may include:

  • weekly subscriptions
  • monthly subscriptions
  • other recurring billing options

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged for the next billing period if you do not cancel before your current period ends.

Payments are processed through the platform used to download the application, such as Google Play.

Subscription Management

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their platform account settings.

For Google Play subscriptions: go to Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel.

7. Free Trials

Some applications may offer free trial periods for subscription services.

If a free trial is offered:

  • the trial period and applicable price after the trial ends will be clearly displayed before activation
  • the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends
  • to avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the free trial expires
  • cancellation instructions are provided in Section 6 above

8. Payments and Refunds

All purchases and subscription payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play.

Smarty Labs does not process payment transactions directly and does not store payment card information.

Some applications may process content generated or displayed by users or other applications.

Users remain solely responsible for the legality and appropriate use of such content. Smarty Labs accepts no responsibility for how users choose to use recovered or stored content.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage users to review those policies directly.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, applications, and content developed by Smarty Labs are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer our applications without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Smarty Labs applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that the application will meet your specific requirements. Message recovery depends on device notification settings and cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smarty Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our applications, including but not limited to loss of data or missed messages.

14. Termination and Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our applications at any time for violations of these Terms.

We may also discontinue or modify any application or feature at any time without prior notice. In the event an application is removed from Google Play or discontinued:

  • active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play to avoid future charges
  • locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the application
  • Smarty Labs is not liable for data loss resulting from app discontinuation

15. Platform Independence and Legal Disclaimer

Smarty Labs applications are independent software products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party platforms or services.

In particular, our applications are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc. WhatsApp™ is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our applications shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smarty Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to the Terms

Smarty Labs may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Continued use of our applications after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
